So in my last post I mentioned I had some big news! Well... we're moving to LONDON at the end of the summer. I'm sad to be leaving Glasgow after 4 years, I've loved living here and think Glasgow is an amazing city. But it's good to try new things and I feel like I'm ready for a new chapter. We've been busy recently getting things sorted as well as searching for our new place. So if blogging is a little sporadic for the next couple of weeks you'll know why! If any of you know London I'd love to hear your thoughts on it? In the meantime I'm going to go out and buy some new maps as I borrowed these from home and just realised they're around 10 years out of date haha.

That's amazing news! I've only been to London once, for a week, but I loved it and now my aim in life is to move there myself. Good luck with everything!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I hope you make it back there to live one day :) x
DeleteOmg that's so so so exciting!!! Good luck with all the planning! Can't wait to hear how everything is going :))

Haha glad you got it! Every time I hear 'London' I think of that ;) x
DeleteEeee congrats, sounds so exciting!
ReplyDeleteYou're going to love living in London, so much to do and lots to see. Some of the first things you must do is, get an Oyster card, explore and enjoy yourself!
ReplyDeleteDef will be needing one of those :)
DeleteHey! Congratulations on your move to London, you're going to have the best time!
ReplyDeleteI go to London for University, I live in the East and that's the area I know the best (though truthfully, I don't think anyone ever gets to know London completely). Are you moving as a student? If you are, make the most of all the student discounts you can get as they'll make life 10 times easier! Also, avoid the normal tourist stuff, just pick a place to walk around one day and you'll come across some amazing and surprising things. Oh, and also, markets! London has the best markets ever :)

I wish I was still a student and the discount is awesome. Will have to check out the markets you mentioned x
DeleteHow exciting! I definitely agree with getting an Oyster card, then you have lots of freedom to go where you want! xx
